1. You did not receive the verification email to set up your account

- In your email account, check your SPAM (or junk mail) folder to see if it was automatically sent there
- Add [email protected] to your contacts so you are sure to receive all Parent Portal-related emails in the future
2. Lost or Expired Password
- Click on the Parent Portal login on this webpage
- On the login window, click on the Forgot Your Password? link in the bottom right-hand corner
- Enter your email address
- An email will be sent to the email address you provided with instructions on how to reset your password
3. Lost Verification Code
- Contact the school office to obtain your child's verification code
